Various documents relevant
to the Western Australian community broadcasting sector are available
for online reference and/or download, as follows:
Community Broadcasting Codes of Practice - November 2002
These revised Codes of Practice, developed by the CBAA and registered
by ACMA, set out the responsibilities of community broadcasting
licensees. They have been modified to reflect community attitudes,
complainants' concerns, and the views of the community broadcasting
sector in Australia.
These are the latest
guidelines developed by ACMA covering the broadcast of
announcements and other promotional material on Australian community
radio. They are designed for reference purposes only, and do not
replace requirements set out in the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
Additional documents are available on this website for WACBA members only.
