have received since 2000. I am humbled by all of your comments
and it is indeed now my turn to say to you, THANK YOU!
I would just like to point out
that in over 1000 shows I never received a compliment quite
like the first one in the list. It is easily the most inspiring
thing anybody has ever said to me after a performance.
