If you wish to be owned by a Keeshond or any breed for that matter, I would urge you to deal only with an ANKC (Aust National Kennel Council) registered breeder.
Do NOT deal with back yard breeders or puppy farms or the pet shops they supply
and only consider ownership if you have got 14-15 years to spare.

Don't buy on a whim, choose carefully and take your time
, they will live for 14-15 years and that time must be with only one family, yours. They are not an object to be discarded when the novelty wears off.
If you think that doesn't happen very often, have a look at http://www.keeshond.com/
, a US web site devoted to rescuing and re-locating abandoned and abused Keeshonds. There are other web sites devoted to doing the same thing for other breeds.
No matter what breed you choose, take your time, go to dog shows and see the dogs, look at different breeds, talk to the breeders (they are only too willing to talk
to you). When making your choice, don't look at the cute little puppy, look at the adult
dog. Puppies only look like puppies for the first three to four months.
I believe a cooling off period of time from deciding to acquire a dog to the actual purchase should not be less than three months.
That gives you time to go to several dog shows and talk to owners and breeders.
Also remember that no matter what you pay for your puppy, it will be insignificant compared to the on going cost of ownership.
You should also consider another option, your local animal shelter or pound, you would be saving a
life. There a many perfectly suitable healthy dogs to choose from, all desperately in need of a good home.
Have a good look at the links at the bottom of this page.

I must say at this point that I strongly disagree with some of the content on some of the above sites, particularly on the subject of their opposition to what I see as reasonable rules and proposed rules of ownership and breeding standards.
If you have any problems locating a dog show venue or a breeder, contact me directly and I will get that in formation for you.
If there is other information you need help with, I probably won't have the answer, but I will almost certainly know someone who does or I will help you find it.
(I have no links or financial interest with any breeder or organization, but will gladly help you find the information you need. My only interest here is in the welfare of the dogs. I have a soft spot for anything that is fluffy, wags it's tail and can bark.)
