my name is Vicki Stoneham and we have owned Ridgebacks since 1989. Mark and
I and our four children live on 1 acre in the beautiful suburb of Donvale
located
approximately 30 minutes east of Melbourne
We purchased our first male ridgeback Bundy in 1989 with the intention to show Unfortunately this boy only had one testicle and had to be desexed. This however gave us the desire to purchase a companion for him which led us to buy our foundation bitch Tess Ch Castlerhode Cher. I now attend shows as much as four children allows having had many top notable wins along the way.
When breeding I try to breed the best ridgebacks I can, and have on two occasions used frozen semen from a South African dog and a Swedish dog to do something different. In the future I intend to look overseas for other opportunities to introduce new blood into my lines as well a trying to keep the qualities I already have.
