This is a basic Ju-ju that counteracts hexes, curses or any sort of metaphysical actions around you. What it does is pushes the metaphysical into an ability for you to see it. It changes it from night to day so to speak. The way it does this is that it pulls entities around you that give you instincts, signs and whatever they can to help you see who or where these metaphysical things are coming from. I use this one myself and it works.
Just make an effergy of the situation out of wax (or anything else that is convenient)
When you make it put something in to represent the situation
( Arczilla suggests francinsence and myrrh but it's hard to get...what I do is write the situation down on paper then rip this paper up and mix it with the wax...It still works)
You can either....make a fire and wait till the flame turn blue
or pass it through the flame on a gas stove...it's always blue
That's it....it's simple but really effective
