WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1.Ritualist representations of
North/ Fire
South/ Earth
West/ Water
East / Air
This makes sure of all areas of life are included


2.A large gold Clothe ( Large enough to completely cover your self in)
This captures the phoenix inside you

3.Two long cords to make a circle around the directional representations ...TWICE
Preferably Gold
This concentrates the ritual in the space your working into

* You can play with the direction representaions...For example if you want to renew your emotional self use only the west/ water representation. If you want to renew say a physical part of you...perhaps deal with an illness...use only the South/earth rerpresentaion...East/Air is great for renewing attitudes and helping with intellectual matters...
North/ Fire is for spirit...wisdom and it's also great for upping for spiritual abilities. So you can do one or more of these directions. If you doing this for the first time I'd recommend you only do one, see how it goes then do another. I do the four together but I'm more used to these creation forces.

4.To to do this outside on earth and at night
Creation forces are said to come out of the ground so you should be on dirt or as close to it as you can get. Night is when your metaphysical self is more active

THE RITUAL

One
Have a clear idea what you what renewed
This is a more meditative ritual and you need to be able to sit for some time to think or call the Phoenix into what you want to achieve...So preparation is vital...( It can take me months to prepare for this)

Two
Put the directions or the direction you want renew in a circle that's big enough for you to move around and sit in.

Three
Stand inside the circle and place one cord around the outside of the direction/s
first in a clockwise direction
Then in an anti- clockwise
clockwise represents the constructive elements of the phoenix
Anti-clockwise represents the destructive elements of the phoenix
You cannot raise the phoenix unless you are willing to accept both of these

Four
Sit in the center of this circle and cover yourself in the gold clothe

Five
Either think or say every thing you want renewed BUT begin each request with
I raise the phoenix because......
You can continue doing this for as long as you feel is necessary and until you run out of things to request

Six
When finished send the phoenix by saying:
I send the phoenix to do my bidding

Seven
Get out from under the gold clothe and your done

You can do this ritual with more than one person inside the circle. It can be used to renew relationships and in that case you would both do it.
You can use the phoenix to renew businesses, financial problems, age, health problems just about anything. The way to do this is to take something that represents the thing you want into the circle.
You can use it in spiritual groups to up your spiritual levels and allow you more access to higher entities.
