THE SALAMANDER EVOKING

The salamander is an archetypal creation force and I have to warn you a powerful one. I've used done this ritual a few times and it's awesome. Which sounds great but the effect it can have can be really quite shocking. So I would suggest you evoke it until you've put some thought into what you want it to achieve for you. Be honest with yourself if you are using the Salamander to solve some sort of issue don't use it unless it's really necessary.If you can deal with these problems without magic then don't use the salamander to do it.Only use it when there is no other choice as it's is great for stirring up solutions. In other words do evoke because your too lazy to deal with issues yourself you really may get more than you bargained for.

WHEN TO EVOKE THE SALAMANDER

When you need to reverse a issue or a problem by "stirring it up"
Examples
if you have a problem that you have tried to solve and you just can't find the solution
If something you need to deal with is stagnated
If you want someone to pay attention to you and their ignoring you
if someone is pissing you off in some way and you can't seem stop them or resolve it.
If you need hexes, spells etc. to reverse back onto those sending them to you
Really anything you need to deal with by making it "Itch" or stirring it up
Salamander is said to make situations itch

PREPARATION FOR THIS EVOKING:

As your evoking an archetypal creation force, you are evoking a powerful force you need to be clear in your mind exactly what it is you want . This is an evoking, not a spell, so you need to be aware that you will have to monitor it. This means you will have to keep your eye on the situation you are sending it into and wait for signs that it's having an effect. You always have to work with an evoking of anything as it is not like a spell you have to learn how to handle the force of it. If you do proceed and your not happy with the results, REVOKE IT and think some more. Make sure that you can't achieve what you want by less drastic methods as I've found the Salamander only works well when the situation is very important to you and your not able to be handled any other way.In the words of Arczilla, "if you don't care about what you are sending the salamander to do for you it will burn you in it's flames.. It needs a true path to justice". So you need to be dedicated to the situation or In other words only send out the salamander for situations that really need it and be honest with your self before you send it.

THE RITUAL TO EVOKE

you will need:
1.To do this ritual on natural earth
2.To lit a fire out doors
3.A mirror that you can break
4.Something to break the mirror with ( I usually use a rock about fist size but you can use something else...I use my ritual construction or destruction stone depending on the situation...if you got a ritual object that's able to break a mirror use that...)
5.something to represent earth (south)
6.something to represent water (west)
7.something to represent air (east)
8. Your fire is north

ONE
After you have worked out what you want the salamander to do for you place the four elements and directions in the area your working in.
Put the three other directional representations around fire pit . The fire pit should be in the North

EARTH is represented by gravel, soil in a pot or ritual container and it is placed in the SOUTH
FIRE is represented by an actual fire and it is placed in the NORTH
WATER is represented by some sort of container of actual water and it is placed in the WEST
AIR is represented either by an empty bowl raised off the ground or incense and it is placed in the EAST

TWO
Light a fire

THREE
Stand in the front of the fire and hold mirror in front of your face
Tell the mirror what you want the salamander to do and if what your trying to solve is upsetting you don't hold back emotions will only make this all work better.
Or if you feel too much like a total fool standing there talking to a mirror, write down all the issues on pieces of paper and throw them into the fire one by one. I've used both methods and it still has the same effect

FOUR
Take the mirror over to the fire and lay it on top.

FIVE
Take rock in your hand and thrown it down on the mirror with a fair bit of force. As your doing this say the incantation below as many times as you feel comfortable with.

INCANTATION
I call up the Salamander
ADOMINUS COMMITTUS

SIX
Let the fire burn out by it's self ( DON'T DOUSE IT WITH WATER OR ANYTHING) and leave the ashes and the broken mirror in the fire pit. DON"T CLEAN IT UP OR THROW IT AWAY...you will need the same fire pit and the pieces of broken mirror to call back the Salamander because you have to call this one back.

REVOKING THE SALAMANDER

What the salamander does is deal issues or problems for you that you can't deal yourself. You call it back when the situation has obviously reversed. An example would be if you sent the salamander out to get someone to stop ignoring you and this actual person contacts you. Then you revoke the salamander and take control of the situation your self. Another example from personal experience is when you use the salamander to reverse a hex onto the person sending it to you. In this case I found what it did was caused this person a great deal of problems in there life and they stopped hexing me. So in a situation like that when you get a clear indication that the hexing has stopped and you have an idea who did it to you in the first place you then revoke it Never leave it out there on it's own.

THE REVOKING RITUAL

Initially it is actually the same as the evoking ritual but you'll need another mirror that you can break

Repeat steps ONE, TWO, THREE & FOUR

FIVE
Tell the new mirror you have seen the reversal and tell the salamander to come back to you

SIX
Take the new mirror to the fire and lay it on top of it again ( over the previously broken mirror)
smash it the same way while repeating the words :I CALL BACK THE SALAMANDER as many times as you feel comfortable with

SEVEN
THIS TIME DON'T LET THE FIRE BURN OUT BUT DOWSE THE FIRE WITH WATER UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY OUT
Then clear everything away and after the the fire pit and both broken mirrors have cooled, remove and dispose of the entire contents of the fire pit. THROW THEM AWAY. ( You can leave this until the next day)
