Information for Pilots and Flight Crew

- State the type of
medical you require (CPL or ATPL/Class 1, PPL/Class2, ATC/Class3)
- State your age.
- State your contact
telephone number.
Bring
the following to your appointment
- Photo ID.
- Glasses/contact lenses
if worn.
- CASA licence renewal
form.
- Fasting for 8 hours
prior to medical may be required (At initial Class 1 & 3 medicals,
and at 5 yearly intervals for renewals age 20 onwards).
Testing
Requirements
- Blood lipids (fasting
required), ECG and Audiogram may need to be conducted (depending
on patient).
- All medical examinations
require a simple urine test.
