- Microsoft Train Simulator (!) - Preferably a computer with 64/128 MB video card, due to multiple train running. ( even a 16 MB card will run it, but the more powerful the computer, the better.)
That’s it !!! The Coal Road Version 2 is completely self contained, as well as the ‘route’ it includes ALL rollingstock needed to run the 58 provided activities. Because of this, it will take up quite a bit of hard drive space and MSTS resources.
It includes The Coal Road route 208 Locomotives ( including 3 different cabs and 5 different loco sounds ) 100 Wagons 248 Consists 58 Activities All in all, 476 MB of hard drive space is required. The downloads are split into 10 .zip files of approx 20 MB each. After downloading, run all 10 ‘self-installers’, takes about 4 minutes, then you’re ready to run.....
