The Fear is a great book about a group of kids who are going on a dangerous adventure through the city. Why is it dangerous to go through the city, because the grown-ups are zombies! A year ago something happened and everyone over the age of 14 was mutated into a zombie.

I liked this book because the author has described everything very well and there are a range of personalities. I also liked it because it kept me on alert, for once I could actually hear what was going on around me, and I was sitting bolt upright the whole time.

I would recommend this book to those who like books about singularities or man against the world books and to people who are around 13 or up, this is because some parts are quite gruesome or bloody.
