Stan Karasinski

Civil Marriage Celebrant

Celebration of Life

Funerals

Civil funerals are life-centred funerals, focussed around a well-prepared and beautifully presented eulogy.

Stan spends time interviewing your family in order to write a caring and heartfelt life-story of your loved one, telling the essence of their history, achievements and contributions, their relationships and their character and special qualities.

Together we will select appropriate music, poetry, readings and symbols that have personal significance for you and your family. We will honour the life of the departed, and say a beautiful farewell in a way that is meaningful for you.

Stan encourages the use of music before and during the ceremony, as this greatly enhances the atmosphere. Stan has a fantastic network of professional and sensitive celebrants draw upon.

You may wish to include a slide show as part of your ceremony.

It is a fact nobody likes to talk about death, but it is a fact of life. This type of  service is done with dignity, respect and caring, to lay your loved ones at rest, in order that you, your family and friends can pay your final respects.

There are  many phrases, and words with lots of poetry and music to reflect on the life of your loved one.

Then once the cremation is over comes the second  phase in the Celebration of the Life, the 'Internment of the Ashes' of the Loved one. There are numerous ways this phase is done for instance the scattering of the 'Ashes', can be as strange as being thrown to the winds out of the back of a caribou aircraft or from the 'aft of a boat' to the seven seas or even placing them in the Niche walls, which are now so common at most Cemeteries. Or anywhere you choose them to be placed.
