My name is Diana and I am now living in "paradise" with my husband Dave and my cats and we are loving every moment of it.    We are so lucky to be in the middle of a tropical rainforest of palms and gum trees.   The birdlife is magnificent including King Parrots who come every morning and afternoon for a feed.   The cats sit at the front door and windows mesmerized by them.    All Soremba cats/kittens live only indoors so obviously no birdlife is at risk.

I have been breeding and showing for some  20 years now and my greatest pleasure has been in rearing the kittens to an age where  they are ready to go their loving new homes.  Anyone who knows me will tell you that I just love my babies and put in an enormous amount of love and care until they leave my home.   I have also worked extremely hard to improve the exotic breed to a point where now many Soremba exotics are winning the highest accolades at the shows.   This year (2010)  has been a real thrill for me as my gorgeous black smoke exotic boy Soremba Hugo Boss has two of his sons winning best and second best male kitten of the year (group one) in NSW and he himself was best male kitten of the year last year. 

I have made some wonderful friends over the past 20 years and  it would be remiss of me not to mention my friend Ruth who after buying a pet kitten from me 8 years ago and then deciding to show that kitten has become a wonderful friend and shown Soremba kittens for me since then.  Also my dear friend Norma who has had to put up with me in the car going to and from the shows all over New South Wales.    Ruth does my website for me and we work very well together doing this.   I do try to keep in mind that she is the boss of the website :) 

I have cut down my breeding so I can have some time enjoying this new phase of my life but don't think I could give up having a litter or two of babies each season.
