Taekwondo - Martial art’s health & fitness

At spirit we place a heavy emphasis on assisting you as you come through our doors for the first time, as we know how intimidating it can be. This is just one of the reasons that we always have our doors open for new comes to visit and view classes prior to taking part. This enables you detailed look into what we do without the frustration of trying to keep up with everyone else around you.

The youth / adult Taekwondo programs are divided into several sections giving you the choice as to which elements of Taekwondo you wish to focus upon.

Our Instructors will monitor your progress and assist you in attaining your goals, enabling you to get the most out of your training. The Spirit Taekwondo syllabus covers the entire kaleidoscope of skills within Taekwondo. developing you as a well rounded practitioner, empowering you to overcome hurdles and build bridges to strengths and abilities you never knew you had.

Ladies Taekwondo

The Ladies Taekwondo classes are our woman's only program, designed to give you a great fitness work out whilst at the same time teaching all basic self-defence and Taekwondo skills needed to help you grow from strength to strength.

The classes are great for all ages and fitness levels and enables you to workout at a pace that suits you best with others just like you.We help you set personal goals and support you in achieving them whether its fitness, strength, weight loss or self confidence.

Combat Circuit

Made up of martial arts skill enhancing drills, this program makes a great addition to any one of the other adult programs, but works you just as hard on it’s own. If you are serious about dropping that extra weight or just wanting to lift fitness levels combat circuit is for you.
