| Alexandra Steam Train | |
 In 1935 the first Victorian built deisel locomotives made by Kelly
& Lewis and known as the Dorman (but known as the Pioneer due the fact
it was the first) took over the workload from the German made Krauss steam
engines.
One of these historic deisel locomotives is still operating here in Alex at the Tramway Museum. The menu at the left of screen has a link to more details. | |
