Tammy is an American TV sitcom, starring Debbie Watson and Denver Pyle. Produced by Universal Studios, 26 half-hour colour episodes were aired on ABC from September 17, 1965 to March 11, 1966. The series was influenced by other rural themed TV sitcoms such as The Beverly Hillbillies. The series lasted only one season and was cancelled due to low viewer ratings in 1966.
