informs his old friend Ben Hur that he is "either with him,
or against him" in facilitating Rome's conquest of Ben's
country. Ben tells him that he must therefore be against him.

In real life, George Bush tells
everyone, - for perhaps similar reasons, - that they are
"either with him, or with the terrorists".
