significantly expanded educational and business consultancy services. In
addition to vocational education and training, we can now offer industry
leading consultancy services in business coaching, strategic marketing and
sales, careers counselling and diagnostics, and RTO auspicing services. February 2008 ± TAA40104
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Vocational Pathways has been accredited to
deliver and assess the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104).
We had previously delivered the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace
Training (BSZ40198) with a focus on secondary school teachers delivering VET
in Schools programs. Vocational Pathways is able to offer highly
flexible delivery and assessment arrangements. In particular, we have again designed our programmes to meet the
needs of secondary school teachers who wish to deliver Vocational
Education and Training (VET) programmes. We also offer bridging programmes
for those wishing to upgrade from the BSZ40198 Certificate. Teachers in
Catholic Schools may be eligible for a 75% rebate on all course fees, from
the Catholic Education Commission of Victoria (CECV).

Skills Training in association with RoadScholars Training The business skills development courses being offered

be able to manage your own team of tradespersons. BSBMKG406A Build Client
Relationships This unit provides you with the strategies to find new
clients and the skills needed to develop long term profitable business relationships. BSBCMN409A Promote Products and Services This unit will show you how to effectively assess your
available promotional options and, based on the nature of the product or service, how best

Scholars Training Programs Road Scholars Training offers you several sought after
courses, specially designed to give you the competitive edge needed to
advance in your career. Each course is a set of
modules that can be easily accessed through your computer. This series of
courses moves you along at your own pace, methodically and logically through
all the key learning objectives. Each program comes complete with assessments
for periodically reviewing your newly acquired skills to ensure that you have
fully understood the work being covered. Because these are a
fully customized programs designed to meet your needs, each student will
receive a complimentary hour of personalized consultation as part of the
training package. During your one-on-one session, any aspect of the course
can be reviewed for greater clarification. This gives you the opportunity to
not only review but consolidate your knowledge and skills. The time and date
of the teleconference would typically be arranged at a mutually agreeable
time via an initial email contact. The following

wanting to gain the nationally accredited units of competency, will need to
pay an additional $55.00 enrolment and administration
fee. This fee will cover the costs associated with issuing a Statement of
Attainment by Vocational Pathways.
