Monterey Classic Convertibles requires a minimal deposit of 10% of the total hire cost to be paid at the time of booking. The hire date will not be reserved until the deposit is paid. Deposit is not refundable if the client/s cancels within three months of the hire date.
Maximum refund possible due to unforeseen circumstances by Monterey Classic Convertibles within two months of the hire date shall not exceed the total amount quoted for the individual vehicle/s hire fee.
The cost of repairs due to damage/s incurred by the client/s, the client/s family members or the client/s guest/s to Monterey Classic Convertibles vehicle/s, are payable to Monterey Classic Convertibles by the client/s.
Monterey Classic Convertibles will not be held responsible for any goods or property belonging to the client/s, the client/s family members or the client/s guest/s.
Monterey Classic Convertibles prohibits smoking of any substance in any of their vehicles, by the client/s, the client/s family members, or the client/s guest/s.
Whilst in the vehicle/s, no alcohol is to be consumed by any person under the age of 18 years.

Monterey Classic Convertibles requires full payment of the balance of the hire fee to be paid two months prior to the hire date by personal cheque/bank cheque/money order/cash or on the day of hire to be paid by bank cheque/money order/cash.
