First and most important, you will
be supporting an organisation that is dedicated towards the promotion
and development of Jujitsu and Kobudo on a national level.
Whether it be the traditional values of some dojo, or modern attitudes
that involve competitions. We are dedicated to furthering the arts of
Jujitsu and Kobudo.
Who may Join the
AJKA
Any Jujitsu or Kobudo dojo representing any RYU may join the AJKA.
The Instructor must first submit a formal application for membership on
behalf of his/her dojo. Once dojo membership is secured (normally a 2-4
month process) the instructor and his/her members will become members of
the AJKA.
How is the AJKA
Governed?
Situated in Victoria, there is a board of directors consisting of five
high ranking Jujitsu instructors with two additional committee members.
