Will my Grade be recognized by the AJKA

The AJKA reviews all applications carefully. Certificates of Rank are verified for authenticity regardless of the language they are written in.

If legitimacy is proven, the AJKA will grant recognition of your grade and your dojo.

Does the AJKA test individuals for black belt grades

The AJKA does not normally become involved in the national testing of Black belt grades. In certain cases the Board of Directors will consider candidates for promotion, but only to Nidan or higher grades, the AJKA as an organisation, will not test candidates for Shodan.
