Timber construction, mainly set up for cruising. It has the following features: -furling jib gear, -hinge step mast for ease of single handed mast raising, -cruising mainsail, -5hp outboard, recently serviced, with stand, lines and 20L fuel jerry, -wooden oars, -marine flares, -4 life jackets, - two anchors, and tackle, -spare cruising jib and sail bag, -timber tilt trailer, unregistered (won't take much, has good tyres, lights, etc), I would have to say the boat in in reasonable condition, requiring TLC, but is ready to sail.
